CIO - Chief of Staff (M/F)
- Coordinate the implementation of decisions made by CIO & Investment Committee
- Support CIO in defining group investment practices, assist in implementing across investment teams
- Organise and manage internal Best Practice seminars and contribute to preparation of external client seminars
- Contribute to projects directly linked to Portfolio Management and Investment Research activities, such as access to tools, systems & analytics
- External Research Budget: identify needs of each regional team; manage annual research budget ; assess quality of services received and negotiate trials and contracts with providers
- Lead studies or analyses into different topics at the request of investment teams, such as capacity, convergence, portfolio reviews, new products
- Alongside Head of Dealing Desk, coordinate monitoring of trading activities through Group
- Broker Committee : evaluation of brokers, reviewing volumes, commissions
- Encourage the transmission of the company's culture within the investment teams.
Professional skills :
- 5-10 years of experience within an asset manager firm, preferably with understanding of a bottum-up, stock selection approach
- In-depth knowledge of industry processes and tools
- Understanding and willingness to adopt our client's "quality growth" investment approach
Personal profile :
- Languages : fluent in French and English
- Experience of working internationally
- Ability to interact with and work alongside a broad range of departments
- Proactive approach and strong ability to work independently
- Adaptability and good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work in a multicultural group with an entrepreneurial spirit
