Senior Portfolio Manager - European Equities (M/F)

Company analysis :

• Applying our client's investment style, which consists of selecting long-term equities using a fundamental, bottom-up approach.
• Analyse new and existing quality growth companies (management meetings, expert calls, business model analysis), fully integrating ESG characteristics.
• Propose new ideas for the investment universe

Portfolio management of equity mandates :

• Participate in team debates on companies with a rational and a constructive mindset
• Help direct the team’s research agenda
• Participate as co-manager in the investment process
• Fluently combine ESG and broader investment aspects in decision-makin

• Present to and interact with clients and consultants 

Client-facing activities :

• Present to and interact with clients and consultants
• Contribute to late-stage RFP processes and present to prospects
• Create client communication content   

General responsabilities :

•  Share ideas and discuss investment candidates with other investment teams in the company.
• Participate in and contribute to the life of the company

Professional skills :

• Strong academic background
• CFA level 3 charterholder
• 10-20 years of relevant experience
• Understanding and willingness to adopt the company's 'quality growth' investment approach
• Proven record on stock selection, either as a named portfolio manager with a public track record or demonstrable active influence over decision-making process
• Demonstrable skill in company analysis (operational, financial, management)
• Evidence of collegiate working environment; strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage people
• Languages : excellent English is essential, ideally also a good level of French
